Payment Terms

All payments for Xuanji AI services are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to Creem's terms of service and payment policies. Creem handles all billing, invoicing, and payment processing on our behalf.

• Creem acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions
• Purchased credits are non-transferable and tied to your account
• Prices are displayed in USD and may vary based on location
• Applicable taxes and fees are calculated and collected by Creem

When using this service, you agree to:

• Not abuse or overuse the service
• Not upload harmful, illegal, or rights-infringing content
• Not reverse engineer or hack the service

Intellectual Property
